Andy Jasuja

Chairman

Mr. Arjun (Andy) Jasuja is the Founder and Chairman of the Sigma Group of Companies, a conglomerate of Information Technology & Outsourcing companies headquartered in Toronto Canada. Mr. Jasuja is a serial entrepreneur beginning as the founder of Sigma Systems Group. The Sigma Group has since started and acquired a number of companies and has successfully exited from a number of ventures. Mr. Jasuja has been and continues to be recognized for his accomplishments as a recipient of many awards, some of which include Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist Award, Indo Canada Chamber of Commerce Technology Achievement Award and the Fellowship of the Institute of Canadian Bankers Gold Medal.

Prior to Sigma Andy held a series of senior roles in some of the largest companies in the telecommunications and banking industries in Canada. He began his career in information technology in 1975 at Tata Consultancy Services in India.

Mr. Jasuja holds an MAsc in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a B. Tech in Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), BHU, Varanasi.

In addition to his technology and outsourcing endeavors, Mr. Jasuja has numerous Hospitality and Real Estate investments in Canada, USA and through the Asia Pacific region. Residing in Canada and spending considerable time in his native India, Mr. Jasuja spends significant time in various philanthropic efforts working with organizations such as CNIB, AIM for Seva, and the development of Rural Hospitals and Health Care Camps.

Serge Rivest

CEO

An accomplished senior executive, Serge has a well-earned reputation for blending senior corporate operating experience with an entrepreneurial, customer-focused approach to driving business results. He has an extensive background working with businesses, introducing innovative programs which support objectives and deliver new sources of revenue.

In 2014, Serge co-founded e8ight Marketing & Technology, a financial services marketing technology company, specializing in the area of social media analytics and data aggregation. In his capacity as CEO, he is primarily focused on business development.

Serge began his business career at Davis + Henderson, now DH Corporation, in 1984. Over the years, he progressed through a series of increasingly senior Sales & Marketing related roles, until assuming his final position as Executive Vice President, Payment Products & Marketing Programs, with ultimate P&L responsibility for the company’s market leading Canadian payments and mortgage technology solutions. During his enormously successful tenure with DH, Serge was instrumental in developing significant business relationships with major clients such as RBC, TD Canada Trust, CIBC, BMO, Scotiabank, National Bank and Desjardins. Serge played a significant and prominent role in DH’s transformation from a small, century-old, mono-line cheque printer into the market-leading financial technology company it is today.

Serge served on the Board of the Washington, DC-based Check Payment Systems Association from 2008 until 2014. He is also a former Board member of the Applewood Hockey Association and Coach at the Mississauga Braves Hockey Association.

Fluent in English and French, Serge received his Bachelor of Commerce (Business Administration, Marketing specialty) from UQAM (Université du Québec à Montréal).

Curtis Khan

President

Curtis is a creative, customer-focused marketing executive with more than 18 years of demonstrated results in the financial services, retail and customer loyalty sectors.

In 2013, Curtis co-founded e8ight Marketing & Technology, a financial services marketing technology company, specializing in the area of social media analytics and data aggregation. In his capacity as President, he is primarily focused on daily operations of the business.

He has operational strength in product and technology innovation, strategic business line expansion, process reengineering, mobile/online/social network marketing strategy, and complete customer lifecycle marketing. A driven yet approachable leader and mentor, he enables his teams to exceed performance targets and build the infrastructure to drive high-growth revenue programs.

He is an agent of change: he focuses on creating new strategies and leveraging technology to capitalize on emerging, high-value revenue opportunities.

Curtis was instrumental in developing significant business relationships with major clients such as RBC, CIBC, BMO, Scotiabank, and National Bank. He’s led DH Corporation through strategic transformation from a service focused company with diminishing revenue from a single legacy business line into a high-growth, sales- and customer-focused financial services provider with a diverse portfolio of profitable, innovative enhancement services.

Brian Kyle

Advisor

Mr. Brian S. Kyle served as the Chief Financial Officer of DH Corporation from November 2009 to September 2, 2014 and served as its Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary until September 2, 2014. Mr. Kyle has over 20 years of financial management and leadership experience gained from holding various senior financial positions with Canadian public companies in the aerospace, consumer goods and e-commerce sectors.

Mr. Kyle served as an Executive Vice President of Finance at DH Corporation. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Teranet Inc. from April 2004 to May 26, 2010. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Teranet Income Fund since April 2004. He joined Davis Henderson in July 2009. Mr. Kyle served as an Executive Vice President of Finance at DH Income Fund. He joined Teranet Inc. in May 2002. He has been an Independent Director at Versapay Corporation since August 2009. Mr. Kyle served as a Director of Treasury Services for CAE Inc.

He was nominated for Canadian Chief Financial Officer of the Year for 2009 by Teranet Inc. He is a Certified Management Accountant and is a Member of the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario.

Mr. Kyle holds an Honorary Doctorate of Law from Assumption University (Windsor) and a Masters in Business Administration from Queen’s University School of Business.

Mike Kitchen

Mike joined ChangeIt in 2014 as their Chief Executive Officer. Mike is particularly focused on developing business strategy to ensure a win/win/win proposition for everyone who participates in the ChangeIt ecosystem.

Mike was formerly SVP and Head of North America payments at BMO Financial Group. He is an accomplished executive, recognized for strategic leadership and building successful teams to increase revenue and drive bottom line improvement. A payments expert with 25 years’ experience in the Financial Services sector, Mike has an extensive network of contacts and a deep understanding of challenges and opportunities in the Banking, Credit Cards and Payments arenas.

Stephen Knight

Advisor

Since 2008, Stephen has been advising senior executives for retailers, credit / debit issuers and acquirers, airlines, and loyalty management companies to enable them to monetize customer data into impactful and profitable engagement programs; engineer desired financial results through relationship metrics and management accountabilities; measuring / communicating strategies; and identifying and implementing growth prospects. As Country Director with First Annapolis Consulting, Stephen advises Canadian clients, as well as US-based clients with Canadian operations and those contemplating Canadian expansion with local expertise.

For ten years until 2008, Stephen was accountable for all aspects of the consumer credit and gift card, loyalty and CRM, financial and insurance services, and B2B Olympic programs for the Hudson’s Bay Company, one of Canada’s largest retailers. In that capacity, innovative solutions were implemented for business growth opportunities (including internal and external partnerships), consolidating and monetizing data, risk management, operational effectiveness, customer service, and portfolio underwriting and funding.

Prior to HBC, Stephen was at Sears Canada first in the role of National Manager of Finance (responsible for internal and external financial reporting), and then as National Manager of Innovation (responsible for customer service, collections, and mailing / remittance operations) for the financial services division.

Stephen has also held several board positions including: the MasterCard International Merchant Advisory Board, Kinark Child and Family Services, University of Toronto Press, Argentium Resources Inc., Loto Inc., Aventum Insurance Agency, Heritage General Insurance, and Affinity Investments (now TD Insurance Meloche Monnex).
